Who We Are

We are Webcommerce, a company registered in the Netherlands.

Our headquarters are located at Mulderij 6, 3831 NV Leusden, The Netherlands.

The information we collect

We are not interested in collecting every personal detail about you. The main reason for collecting your personal information is to provide and improve our service, products and experiences that you and our customers expect from us.

Personal information is defined somewhat differently around the world. To ensure your privacy and the protection of your information, we define it as any information that can be used to identify you or another person.

We collect personal information about you in a number of different ways. In this section, we explain the different ways we collect personal information about you and the ways that information will be used.

This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on our website. Some pages allow you to order products, make requests and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected on these pages are: Company, Name, Phone Number, Job Description and Email Address.

When you visit our website, you do so anonymously. We do not automatically collect personal information, including your email address. We use Google Analytics to track the use of the website. This information is only used to optimize the site and cannot identify you individually.

WebCom does not store payment information at any time. All payment transactions are handled through Mollie.

We use an external provider, SendInBlue, based in the EU, to deliver our ad hoc, monthly and quarterly e-newsletters. We collect statistics on email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us track and improve our e-newsletter. Please see SendInBlue’s privacy statement for more information.
