This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on our website. Some pages allow you to order products, make requests and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected on these pages are: Company, Name, Phone Number, Job Description and Email Address.
When you visit our website, you do so anonymously. We do not automatically collect personal information, including your email address. We use Google Analytics to track the use of the www.thehaccpcompany.nl website. This information is only used to optimize the site and cannot identify you individually.
WebCom does not store payment information at any time. All payment transactions are handled through Mollie.
We use an external provider, SendInBlue, based in the EU, to deliver our ad hoc, monthly and quarterly e-newsletters. We collect statistics on email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us track and improve our e-newsletter. Please see SendInBlue’s privacy statement for more information.
A cookie is a small data file that many websites write to your computer’s hard drive when you visit them. A cookie cannot read data off your hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites.

When you call us or contact us by email with general questions, we may use your personal information (your name, contact information, and the other information you provide to us) to provide the customer service you have asked us for. What personal information do we collect?
You do not need to give us any personal information to use most of this website.
However, if you wish to subscribe to a service or want more information, we may collect the following personal information from you:
name, phone number and email address; and
employer name, country and region of employer.
We also keep a record of every financial transaction you make with us, but we do not collect, process or store your bank or credit card information directly.
Online payments through this website are securely processed by a third-party payment provider Mollie.
In addition, we may automatically collect information about the website you came from or are going to. We also collect information about the pages of this website you visit, IP addresses, the type of browser you use and the times you visit this website. However, this information is collected and is not used to identify you.
How long do we keep your personal data?
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements
In determining the appropriate retention period for the personal information we retain, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal information, the risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the reasons we handle your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes by other means and by applicable legal requirements.

Information we collect about you
